Portfolio > Pioneers

In Pioneers, I explore the many architectures man uses to construct and design the landscape. Additionally, I introduce the archetypes I have shaped through the history of my work in the environment. Rethinking the word landscape and realizing it is everywhere and nowhere, the more I learn about our geography, the harder it is to understand. Appropriately, this body of work merits the title of Pioneers. The characters in these pieces are outsiders encountering unfamiliar terrain. Their curiosities guide them to understand how these lands will develop throughout the course of the narrative. I envision these works as epic tableaus filled with myth and symbolism.
